The "Parisian" is a very versatil dress/top for your toddler. The earlier in the age range your child is the more verstility you will get from the garment. She can wear it as a dress and as she grows it will be more of a top to be worn over leggings, shorts, bloomers etc. Measurements from top to bottom of garmet are below.
This version is made of gorgeous designer 100% cotton fabric. The ties are made of grosgrain ribbon or matching fabric.
The contrasting fabric for the ties & bottom band in the Autumn Design is a little different than shown but it is a beautifully matched fabric in orange & reds
